證書內容 (左至右) : 「EDUCATION DEPARTMENT / HONG KONG / Northcote Training College / TEACHER’S CERTIFICATE / Ho Mei Chee / having successfully completed the Two-year Course of training at the College and having taught for two years as a teacher-on-probation to the satisfaction of the Director of Education, is hereby awarded the Teacher’s Certificate of Northcote Training College.」 ; 簽署及日期標示 : 「Director of Education / Principal / Date: 8th March 1956」
A4紙張，黑墨印刷，黑色原子筆標示。證書上有英國國徽。校長的簽名上有教育司署的壓印。
羅富國師範學院初時設兩年制課程， 並分中、英文部，學員需完成兩年的實習教學方可畢業。 畢業生可憑此證書向教育署註冊登記成為文憑教師 (CM)，並可於本地小學或初中執教。
