官立文商專科學校 (The Evening School of Higher Chinese Studies) 是政府辦的夜間專科學校。 早期分文科和商科， 後期只有文科， 課程為期三年， 每星期上課五天， 每天兩小時， 每學年都要考試。 出席率超過百分之八十才可參加考試， 及格後才能升班， 到了第三年考試及格才獲發文憑。 當時的小學教師 (Primary School Master, PSM) 須完成三年官立文商專科學校的課程， 才可轉職為文憑教師 (Certificate Master, CM)。
