Application for registration as a teacher (1958)

According to the Education Ordinance, 1952, one must be registered as a teacher in the Education Department before being employed by a school.

Application form with personal details, education history, teaching experience and witnesses. Signed by the applicate. The application form was mailed to the Director of Education and returned back to the applicant after registration.
Paper and envelope. Government stamps on the envelope. Paper form printed with black ink and with handwriting.
The application form must attach with: 3 signed photos of the applicant; a medical certificate; and educational certificates.
