One third of the paper is the appointment letter: "香港私立中光學校教員聘書", "茲聘請利錦鸞先生為本校一九五七年八月起擔任四年級職務每週授課卅弍堂 每月致送薪金港幣壹佰陸拾0元正 關於一切事宜悉照本校聘約辦理之", "此訂(附聘約一份)", "一九五七年八月壹日", "中光學校校長 利樹源". Two third of the paper wrote the contract and duty of appointed staff.
