Membership card of a teenager programme by Sing Tao (1964-1965)
Descriptive
Sing Tao Daily recruited the first batch of members to the teenager programme in 1958. The programme welcomes youngsters aged over 12 to become a member and join their activities, such as trips, site visits, exhibitions and drawing competitions etc.

On the cover, titled: "會員證" and the logo of the programme in the middle. On the bottom: "Not Transferable", "不得轉給別人". Inside the card, on top: "星島好少年之友會員證", and on the right page, membership number and a space for photo printed. On the left from top to bottom: "姓名 陸觀豪", "性別 男", "籍貫 (**)", "年齡 13", "地址 (**)", "學校 聖保羅", "年級 初中二", "有效期間 由1964年9月5日起 至1965年9月6日止".

Sing Tao Evening News and Sing Tao Daily started organising children and teenager programmes in the 1950s. The programme promoted various activities for the new generations and acted as supporting resources for school and family education.
