Ms. Lu Qi-xian (呂啟賢女士), the eighth-year graduate of the Rural Training College, completed the leadership training of Girl Guides. Then, she came back to teach and organise Girl Guides in the CCC But San Primary School located at Castle Peak, Tuen Mun. In 1958, Mrs. A Hooton, the commissioner of Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, was invited to attend the oath-taking ceremony of Girl Guides at the CCC But San Primary School.
